You can expect to feel safer while navigating the rest of your healing process, connected to your spiritual team, and ready to embody your authentic self, finding more energy and happiness in your daily life. You can expect to be sitting with a coach that won't be afraid to call you in deeper within yourself for your own growth in a way that is trauma-informed and meets you where you are at.  

It can feel really overwhelming to begin to talk about things that are deeply personal and vulnerable. This process is very individual for you and I can assure you that you won’t have to share anything you are not ready to, and we let both Spirit and your intake form dictate where we can begin our time together. As long as you have an open mind and heart, and are willing to show up, I promise you that this will be a deeply transformational experience.

I totally get that it’s important to make sure you have space in your calendar for the calls. Right after purchase, and filling out your intake form, you will receive a link from me to book your call. The calls are completely tailored based on your schedule. If you do not see anything mutual on the calendar, simply send an e-mail to [email protected] with some days and times that work for you. Please note that I do work from PST.
