I am a certified holistic health and life coach. And I am here to help you cultivate the life you’ve been dreaming of.

I understand that there is so much more to wellness and nutrition then what goes on your plate, which is why I work with my clients on creating a cognizant mind body connection in order to develop healthier habits and lifestyle changes.

  • Get guidance and accountability so you can have a clear plan of action and next steps to creating a healthy way of living that allows you to thrive in your career.

  • Learn about the importance of primary foods and how you can incorporate them into your life to create a more conscious way of living.

  • Learn how to incorporate mindset techniques into your everyday life so you can make lasting changes both inside and out.

  • Learn how to change their beliefs and mindset around healthy living so they can be me proactive in achieving their dream life (i.e. career, relationships)

  • Work with me to create healthy eating habits without calorie counting so you can improve your energy while still working towards your health goals.

  • Create healthier habits so you can have higher energy in their everyday lives, supporting you in having a better career, relationship and healthier way of living.

  • Learn about mindfulness techniques such as meditation and journaling, in order to develop a deeper sense of self so that you can clearly identify their passions and desires (ie career, academic path, hobbies)

6 Month Program Details

This option is for those who want to fully commit and delve deep into a transition to healthy living. If you want to work to create your dream life where you are happy, full of energy, and more confident, this is the option for you.

This 1:1 fully individualized program includes:

  • Free included 1:1 holistic health consultation to evaluate your needs

  • 12-45 minute coaching calls (via Skype) scheduled bi-weekly over a 6 month period.

  • 6 months unlimited email and Voxer support between sessions to answer anything that comes up in between calls

  • A food journal centered around your relationship with food and yourself, not calories

  • Worksheets and bi-weekly questionnaires to keep you on track and toward your goals.


3 Month Program Details

If you are ready to commit to a healthier lifestyle, but aren't necessarily interested in an extremely long term commitment to get there, this is a great option for you. 3 month clients learn the skills and techniques for a healthier lifestlyle but prefer to impliment them on their own without additional support. 

This 1:1 fully individualized program includes:

  • Free included 1:1 holistic health consultation to evaluate your needs
